Group fitness classes are a great way to get in shape, keep in shape, and start a weight loss program. If you exercise at home, on your own at a gym, or outdoors, fitness classes will compliment your training routine in many ways:

  • Keep balanced strength in all muscles. Don’t get lopsided by over working certain muscles groups. Think about Popeye with those big arms and tiny legs. Our fitness classes are designed to work give you a balanced workout head to toe.
  • Progress your training and improve your performance. The key to avoiding exercises plateaus and overuse injuries is cross training. We offer many exercise formats so you and your body will never get bored.
  • Plan your exercise for you. You’ve got enough to plan in your life already and you probably tend to do the same exercises over and over. With fitness classes, we’ve planned it all out for you, with new exercises and new challenges in every class.
  • Get results you can’t get on your own. A little encouragement from the fitness instructor and a little friendly competition will help you work harder and try new exercises. Your fitness level will soar to new heights!
  • Make you exercise! You have the best intentions but when the laundry or other life chores need to be done, exercise seems to fall off the to do list when you exercise at home. When you know you have fitness classes to take at 9am or 6pm, you’ll happily leave your laundry behind to workout those washboard abs instead.
