Shape, tone, and define your muscles!  Using a variety of fitness equipment including weighted bars, free weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls you’ll target every muscle group for a total-body toning workout.  Set to fun music and taught in multi-level format with optional modifications, this class is great for beginners and advanced exercises alike!

Benefits: Improves strength, balance, and coordination while defining the muscles. Weight-bearing exercise is known to increase bone density and help to prevent bone deterioration.
