The History of TRX Training
The suspension training workout was designed by a Navy Seal who wanted to do strength training workouts, but did not have access to conventional equipment where he was stationed. Without much room to work, he took two parachute cables and suspended them from the ceiling. He used this revolutionary suspension method of leveraged body weight exercise to build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility while avoiding risk of injury.
