Meet your certified Food Coach, Bridget!
Bridget has been a member of the Mid American Fitness family since 2010.
She first began as a Pilates Reformer client, and when we introduced our Balanced Habits Nutrition Programs in 2018, Bridget knew she wanted to be a part of it. She immediately went through the Balanced Habits’ coaching program to obtain her nutrition certification and has been helping our members live healthier ever since.
