Abbey has been a part of our fitness family since 2022! She works in the tech space as a UX research and insights analyst and is a dog mom to her adorable pup, Monte. This year, she added Pilates Reformer to her wellness routine as a way to get stronger and increase her mind-body connection. I’ve always been an active person.
