How to Register
1. Use our online scheduler or download the MindBody App to sign up for a group fitness class. First class is FREE, subsequent classes require a fitness package. Our $49 Introductory All-Inclusive Fitness Package is the best value for new members!
2. Please complete our digital member waiver, prior to attending a group fitness class.
Fitness Class Info
- For Indoor Classes:
- Pre-registration is required.
- Masks must be worn at all times.
- Class capacity is currently limited to 8 participants to ensure 12ft distance during workouts.
- Fitness equipment is cleaned and disinfected twice (using CDC-approved products that kill Covid-19)
- For Virtual Classes: We use Zoom to livestream our classes.
- Pre-registration required.
- Clients will receive an email with the class link at registration and 1hr before class begins.
- Virtual classes can be accessed from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
- If using a computer, Zoom will prompt you to download their program the first time you open our class link.
- If using a smartphone or tablet, install the “Zoom Cloud Meeting” app from GooglePlay or Apple.
- During class, please leave yourself on mute to ensure that background noise doesn’t interfere.
