How the Virtual Classes Work
1. Use our online scheduler or download the MindBody App to sign up for a virtual fitness class. First class is FREE, subsequent classes require a fitness package. Our $49 Introductory All-Inclusive Fitness Package is the best value for new members!
2. If you pre-register for class at least 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive the virtual class link (via email) by 7:30pm the day before your class.
3. If you register for class the night before or day of, you’ll receive the virtual class link (via email) at least one hour before your class begins.
4. To attend the class, simply click the virtual class link at your class start time!
5. The email containing your class link will also contain a list of household items you can use for strength training and toning exercises.
Virtual Class Tips
- Access the LIVE classes from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- If using a computer, Zoom will prompt you to download their program when you open the class link.
- If using a phone or tablet, install the “Zoom Cloud Meeting” App from GooglePlay or Apple.
- Once in class, enable “Speaker View” so that the instructor’s tile is the largest.
- During class, leave yourself on mute to ensure that background noise doesn’t interfere.
