Pilates Reformer is a full-body workout done on a flat, platform bed that glides back and forth using a set of springs to control the movement. The beauty of Reformer training is that every exercise requires core stabilization, meaning your abs are constantly engaged leading to a more toned and strengthened stomach. Plus, it’s low impact with exercises that can be modified for all ages and fitness levels.
Please note: An introductory, private Pilates Reformer session is required for clients new to reformer training. After taking your introductory session, you may schedule Group Pilates Reformer Classes with instructor approval.
