Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training where you give max effort 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat that cycle – typically, for up to 8 reps. Cardio, strength training – any exercise can be transformed into a Tabata workout.
The beauty of Tabata is in the results. Shorter bursts of intense work has been proven to improve cardiovascular fitness faster than traditional, “steady-state” cardio workouts.

Core exercises don’t always involve crunches on the floor. In fact, some of the best ab workouts don’t involve a mat at all. From standing oblique crunches, to wood chops, to high knees – there are a tons of exercises that fire up the core.
That’s why our Tabata & Core class is so effective. It incorporates “double duty” exercises that ignite your core while strengthening and toning your body.
